Ingredients :
- Yellu (Sesame seed)-1 small cup
- Segappu milagai (Red mirchi)-8nos (according to our taste)
- Poondu (Garlic)-5 cloves
- Salt- to taste
Procedure:
Note: ( To be done in low flame only)- Take a fry pan and add little oil.
- Fry Red mirchi and Yellu separately.
- Grind them to fine powder.
- Now add Garlic and salt and grind again.
- Transfer to a bowl ,mix well and store in air-tight container.
Mix Yellu podi with steamed rice and serve hot.
A good side-dish for idly.
