Ingredients:
- Raw mango (Pachcha mangai) - 1 no
- Sugar - 150 gms (if needed we can add more)
- Any essence (optional)
- Peel the skin of raw mango and cut into small pieces.
- Pressure cook it for one whistle.
- Pour water in a bowl,add sugar and prepare syrup by boiling it.
- Grind the cooked mango.
- After the syrup has been cooled ,pour the mango juice and essence into it and mix well.
- Concentrated juice is ready.
- Store in a bottle and drink mixing with required water.
