Raw Mango juice

Raw Mango juice is sweet-sour one which is very easy to prepare.This is concentrated one which needs to be mixed with water.I have tried this and it came out very well. Lets have a look on the ingredients required.
Ingredients:
  • Raw mango (Pachcha mangai) - 1 no
  • Sugar - 150 gms (if needed we can add more)
  • Any essence (optional)
Method:                                                   cook time :15 minutes.
- Peel the skin of raw mango and cut into small pieces.
- Pressure cook it for one whistle.
- Pour water in a bowl,add sugar and prepare syrup by boiling it.
- Grind the cooked mango.
- After the syrup has been cooled ,pour the mango juice and essence into it and mix well.
- Concentrated juice is ready.
- Store in a bottle and drink mixing with required water.
