Egg Poriyal (Egg Burji)

Egg Burji is my Hubby's favourite dish. Though i am a vegeterian ,I learnt this recipe from him. Easy to prepare and a very tasty one.
Ingredients:
  • Egg - 2 nos
  • Vengayam (Onion) - 1 no 
  • Pachcha milagai (Green Mirchi) - 1 no
  • Milagu (Pepper) - a very little amount
  • Koththamalli Thazhai (Coriander) - to garnish
  • Milagai Thul (Redmirchi Powder) - a pinch
  • Salt
Method:
- Chop Vengayam (onion) and Pachcha milagai ( green mirchi) into fine pieces.
- Heat a spoon of oil in a pan.
- Add the chopped ones and saute.
- Break  and pour the Egg and mix well.
- Add salt and Pepper and also oil if needed.
- Mix and saute well.
- Garnish with Coriander.
Serve with Sambhar or Rasam
