Ingredients:
- Egg - 2 nos
- Vengayam (Onion) - 1 no
- Pachcha milagai (Green Mirchi) - 1 no
- Milagu (Pepper) - a very little amount
- Koththamalli Thazhai (Coriander) - to garnish
- Milagai Thul (Redmirchi Powder) - a pinch
- Salt
- Chop Vengayam (onion) and Pachcha milagai ( green mirchi) into fine pieces.
- Heat a spoon of oil in a pan.
- Add the chopped ones and saute.
- Break and pour the Egg and mix well.
- Add salt and Pepper and also oil if needed.
- Mix and saute well.
- Garnish with Coriander.
Serve with Sambhar or Rasam
