Ingredients:
- Beetroot - 1 no (big )
- Peritchai (Dry Dates) - 3 no (seedless)
- Inji (Ginger) - a small piece
- Honey - 2 tbsp
- Peel the skin and grate the beetroot.
- Add grated beet , Inji (ginger), Peritchai (dates) in a Juicer or in a normal Mixie and grind it by adding water.
- Grind thoroughly ,strain it and collect the juice.
- Pour Honey and mix.
- Add honey as per your taste.
- Beet root juice is ready to drink.
Gives complexion and reduces blood pressure.
