Beet root juice

Hai , am going to share the beet juice here which my Dad would prepare specially for me.This has a tempting aroma because of ginger added and is suitable for all ages.Gives complexion and reduces blood pressure.
Ingredients:
  • Beetroot - 1 no (big )
  • Peritchai (Dry Dates) - 3 no (seedless)
  • Inji (Ginger) - a small piece
  • Honey - 2 tbsp
Method:
- Peel the skin and grate the beetroot.
- Add grated beet , Inji (ginger), Peritchai (dates) in a Juicer or in a normal Mixie and grind it by adding water.
- Grind thoroughly ,strain it and collect the juice.
- Pour Honey and mix.
- Add honey as per your taste.
- Beet root juice is ready to drink.
Gives complexion and reduces blood pressure.
