Ingredients
- Thuvaram Paruppu (Red gram) -1 tbsp
- Uluththam Paruppu (Blackgram) - 1tbsp
- Kadalai Paruppu (Bengal gram) - 1 tbsp
- Nilakkadalai (Groundnut) - 1 tbsp
- Pottu kadalai -1 tbsp
- Segappu milagai (Redmirchi) - 6 nos
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - little amount to fry
Procedure:
- Fry Thuvaram Paruppu,Uluththam paruppu,kadalai paruppu in oil and keep aside.
- Fry Segappu milagai and Nilakkadalai in oil.
- Grind the fried items.
- Now add Pottukadalai ,salt and grind.
- After making into fine powder,mix well.
Mix with steamed rice and eat.
