Mixed paruppu podi (Mixed Gram Powder)

Mixed Paruppu Podi is a special podi which contains almost all paruppu (Daal) varieties in our kitchen.See the ingedients  below and realize how healthy this podi is!!
Ingredients
  • Thuvaram Paruppu (Red gram) -1 tbsp
  • Uluththam Paruppu (Blackgram) - 1tbsp
  • Kadalai Paruppu (Bengal gram) - 1 tbsp
  • Nilakkadalai (Groundnut) - 1 tbsp
  • Pottu kadalai -1 tbsp
  • Segappu milagai (Redmirchi) - 6 nos
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil -  little amount to fry
Note: to be done in low flame only
Procedure:
- Fry Thuvaram Paruppu,Uluththam paruppu,kadalai paruppu in oil and keep aside.
- Fry Segappu milagai  and Nilakkadalai in oil.
- Grind the fried items.
- Now add Pottukadalai ,salt and grind.
- After making into fine powder,mix well.
Mix with steamed rice and eat.
