Ingredients
- Soorakkai (Bottlegourd) -250 grams
- Arisi (Rice) - 200grams
- Vendhayam (Fenugreek) -1 tbsp
- Salt-to taste
Method:
- Soak Arisi (Rice) and Vendhayam (Fenugreek) for 2 hours.
- Remove the skin of Soorakkai and cut into very small pieces.
- Grind Arisi and vendhayam.
- Now add Soorakkai pieces and grind well.
- Add salt ,mix and keep aside for 6-7 hrs.
- Make Dosai in a pan and serve with any type of chutney.
Good healthy tiffin for all ages.
